Bio is a family affair with the Joly! Near Vaison-la-Romain, Pierre (le Père), Antoine and Laurence (the children) have been working their field in organic farming since 1980. "We have been following the principles of organic farming for over thirty years; no chemical treatment or fertilizers are used on our vines: weeding is done mechanically by dethatching and by tillage, also promoting deep rooting. " The result is grapes grown at 300 metres above sea level and rare wines that must be tasted once in their lifetime.
