Yeye Weller's little characters are so cute! Always with a wink in the air, a smile in the corner and a thumbs-up, they give us the balm our hearts so desperately need. Mind you, nice doesn't mean silly. If the German's images provoke benevolence, the message they carry can be a tad more acidic. Generally inscribed with typographic virtuosity and a keen eye for the masters of the 1960s and 1970s, messages are an integral part of Yeye Weller's work.
