Yannick Pelletier was a Caver. He went to the other side of the shop more than ten years ago. He started all over again and plunged conscientiously into an apprenticeship in a field before creating his own in Saint-Nazaire de Ladarez, in the Languedoc. In the freshness of his cellar, Yannick develops real artisan wines with an assertive personality. Here, the vinification is traditional, smooth and finesse. A huge blow of heart so for these rare wines that respect the life of the soils.
