Marie Yaé Suematsu, who recently graduated from the National School of Decorative Arts in print, has been passionate about illustrated ceramics since an exchange in Japan. And since then, that's all she's been doing. At the moment, the artist is working alongside children to illustrate a metamorphosis of Ovid, that of Deucalion and Pyrrha. Marie Yaé-Suematsu has fun with the objects she creates to hide characters with childish and amusing mimics. She is currently working with a luxury brand and is developing her small pottery studio.
