Charlotte Pargue is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator who lives in the beautiful city of Clermont-Ferrand, where the earth opened up one day to see the Auvergne Volcanoes range and the ASM rugby team spring to life. Since graduating from the Graphic Research School in Brussels in 2013, she has spent a few years working and traveling around the world; which has enabled her to learn to navigate between graphic design, illustration, compositions and photography. Her inspirations lie in travel, landscapes, architecture and light, which she magnifies so beautifully in her illustrations. In her notebooks, we find, alongside Clermont Cathedral in lava stone, sketches of Beijing's Forbidden City, drawings of New York, Mount Yasur erupting on the island of Tanna in Vanuatu, or moments from life in Colombia, which for her is the land of encounters and landscapes.
