It is facetious wine Jaulin Joker! Probably because it looks like its authors. Yves joker Le Lyonnais, and Sébastien Jaulin, the Merchant of Chinon. The power went in between the two. Sébastien took control of the vines, Yves la vinification. The idea of working in bio with manual harvests pleased them. They naturally opted for organic farming and soft winemaking and little-marked farms. On a clay-limestone soil, the young Domaine Jaulin Joker released its first vintage in 2011.
