INITIAL-JÉRÔME ARNOUX, JURA-Jean Jason
Born in Montigny-les-Arsures, a village in the Jura département, famous for its grape variety "Le keychain", Jérôme Arnoux was already a little on Wednesdays at his neighbour Winegrower. Self-taught and a natural decided, at the age of 17 he began the work of the vineyard with a professional Stéphane Tissot who, for 10 years, passed on his passion for wine. Today, if Jerome did not leave his jovial air, he gained experience. It has its own vineyards and produces truly exceptional wines because Jerome vinifies them with their native yeasts and a minimum of sulphur, the golden rule of natural wines.
