Born in 1987, Simon Roussin began drawing comics at the age of 8 and graduated from the Arts Décoratifs de Strasbourg in 2011. His work recurrently focuses on the figure of the hero seeking in his stories to find the breath of his childish readings. He is also the co-founder, with Marion Fayolle and Matthias Malingrëy, of the highly acclaimed magazine Nyctalope. Kiblind's favourite for his work with us for Paris Plage, the illustrator is renowned for his highly narrative drawings, full of imagination and colourful emotions. His oil painting has earned him publications with a confirmed style as shown by his latest comic books Ciné-club at Editions Magnani and Prisonnier des glaces at Editions 2024 or his presence in the official selection of the Angoulême International Comics Festival with Lemon Jefferson and the Great Adventure.
